Established in 2002, Marlowe Estates is a swim and tennis community in Gwinnett County, tucked in the corner of Buford, Dacula, and Lawrenceville Georgia.

We are minutes away from the Mall of Georgia, Interstate Highway 85 and GA State Route 316, in the fantastic school districts of Mountain View High school, Twin Rivers Middle School, and Freeman’s Mill elementary school

With 171 single family homes, Marlowe Estates is a diverse family oriented community.

Marlowe Estates was originally the location of Marlowe Farms, owned by the Marlowe family.  We continue that heritage by having our streets named in the honor of the Marlowe family. Mr. John W. Marlowe and Mrs. Betty Sue Ponds Marlowe had two sons, Pierce and Lance. The streets in the neighborhood are named for the family.
